New, unused, off-the-shelf products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. There is no charge for this service and we do not charge a restocking fee. We will inspect the product upon receipt to our warehouse.

Please allow 48 hours from the time your package is received by Lookout Mountain Tarp for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be credited back using the same method of payment as your original purchase.
The majority of the products available from Lookout Mountain Tarp are custom tarpaulins, which are made specifically for you when you place an order. Since these products are not kept in stock, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. However, it may be possible for us to modify your tarp to better meet your needs.
